EIFS Stucco
EIFS Stucco is a multi-layered system that follows a specific installation sequence. The fundamental EIFS, known as a barrier EIFS, encompasses four key layers:
1. A High Performance, Non-cementitious Water-Resistive Membrane, and Vapor Barrier serve as the initial layer.
2. Following this is a layer of foam insulation, commonly referred to as “foam,” which is provided in sheet form. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation is widely used in most EIFS.
3. The third layer is a fortified coat applied to the insulation’s surface, utilizing a cement adhesive. It consists of a fiberglass reinforcing mesh embedded within the cement adhesive, often referred to as the base coat.
4. Lastly, a final topcoat, resembling a colored, textured paint-like material, is meticulously applied either manually with a trowel or, in rare cases, by spraying. A wide array of colors, textures, and even custom options are available, including smooth finishes or rough “stucco-like” textures.

The cement board system is a professional-grade, high-impact, and moisture-resistant exterior wall finish solution. It consists of a cement board substrate, an effective air and moisture barrier, continuous insulation, a reinforced base coat, and a polymer-based finish. Unlike traditional stucco, this system eliminates complicated installation, labor-intensive steps, and moisture exposure. It combines the benefits of an air and moisture barrier, a drainage mat for effective drainage and drying, a cement board substrate for superior impact resistance, and a wide range of textured finish options for versatile performance and design.
SAND AND CEMENT STUCCO
Our stucco is composed of a mixture of water, sand, and Portland cement which, when combined, creates a robust substance that dries to a hard, rock-like consistency. Its finish can be rough or smooth to suit your preference. Stucco is applied in three coats using a multi-step installation method, with a wire mesh lath base that ensures a solid and seamless exterior for your building.
