“A contractor friend recommended Royland Stucco Services, and I’m glad I listened. I reached out to Alex for a quote to repair several damaged stucco areas around my home. He came by the next day, walked me through the problem areas, explained the materials he would use, and how the finish would blend in. His pricing was transparent and fair.
Once I approved the estimate, he stayed in touch, showed up exactly when promised, and his crew was clean and respectful. The repair work is flawless — you literally can’t tell anything was damaged. The curb appeal of my home has been completely restored.”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just finished a stucco repair scope because of woodpeckers damage. It was a flawless experience working with Royland on this job. Project was done on time (some minor delay because of weather condition that was out of control), cleaned up the site and helped with any questions or concerns. I have a written Waranty for peace of mind and any problems in the future. Communications were great. Thank you, Alex.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a leak in my basement window during the recent heavy rain. I reached out to multiple companies - some of which ignored me or rudely responded saying they were too busy to take new requests. Royland responded, came out and clearly explained what they could and couldn't do, then proceeded to complete the repair in a timely and efficient manner. The quality of the work looks good from what I can tell. I would definitely recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Royland fixed some woodpecker damage and re-stuccoed the top floor of our house. Alex and his crew are hard working, detail oriented and professional. They even went as far as re-stuccoed a section due to some minor imperfections afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Alex repair an aging stucco foundation and he did an amazing job! For the quote, he fully explained what the job required to do properly, what we should expect once it was done and how long it would take. Everything was completed just as he said it would be, did not cut any corners and was completed well within his estimated time frame. He is trustworthy, talented and provided his service at a price that was constant with two other quotes that we had.
